At D'Knotted Massage & Esthetics, April provides different types of massages, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and many others. Her goal is to help the client feel comfortable, achieve physical wellness, or relax.

Every massage is customized to meet the need of the client. A short consultation is done at the beginning of each service. During this, April will talk with you about pressure desired, medical concerns and issues, and desired benefits of the service. If at any time during the massage you would like to change the pressure desired, please be sure to express your needs to the therapist. The goal is for each client to enjoy the service, every time.

About Our Owner

April has been a massage therapist since 2007 and an esthetician since 2010. She specializes in deep tissue and therapeutic massage. April may use different modalities such as stretching, heat therapy, and other types that allow her to make sure each client gets the most out of each service.

April has worked as a massage therapist in both Raleigh and Fayetteville, North Carolina. While in Fayetteville, she worked alongside a medical massage therapist who took the time to teach her many new techniques. She also taught massage therapy at Miller-Motte College™ in Fayetteville and ran her own business doing both massage and esthetic services. She decided to come back to the Raleigh/Morrisville area to practice and also worked with a chiropractor for a time.
